FREE:  I am moving out of state, cannot take my 12 year old kitty.  She is a good kitty and needs a loving home.  (360) 431-8490.

    FOR RENT:
Room for rent in restored country farmhouse.  Peace and quiet, have the whole house to yourself Monday through Friday.  Bring your horse! (or ride mine)...Perfect for quiet student who wants to study.  $400 a month, with credit off rent for light housekeeping.  Email:  adavis@jeffnet.org or call 360-295-3003 and leave message.

    FOR RENT:
4 bedroom, 2 story home located at 2615 30th St. in Longview.
We have 1 renter and have room for 3 more.  There is a garage and 2 outbuildings that students can use for storage.  There is plenty of parking in the driveway for 2-4 cars and parking off the street by the driveway.  This is a family oriented neighborhood, Columbia Valley Garden Elementary School is across the street.  There is very little street noise in the house and it is situated on a large corner lot.

Applicants must pass a background check.  Past convictions do not necessarily keep you from renting; it depends on the individual record.  There are rules and a rental agreement to sign, but no lease.  Co-ed renters allowed.  References needed.  No smoking in the house and no drugs....among a few other common sense stipulations.  I can send a copy of the agreement we have drawn up if you need.

Rent is $350.00 per month per person.  This includes basic utilities, no cable, phone or internet provided.  We do have some furniture if needed; beds, dressers, etc.  There is space for a washer and dryer and we are considering purchasing one for renters to use.  There are appliances in the kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave.

We will be doing some upgrading and remodeling on the home during the winter (possible new windows, painting) and will let everyone know the times we plan to be in the home working.

Please contact Linda Boggess at (360) 578-5917 (home) (503) 791-3555 (cell) or Steve Parsons (503) 580-0661 (cell).
